Official AppleSMP rules

Keep the orchard friendly.

These rules keep AppleSMP — a Minecraft survival server (SMP) community — cozy, fair, and enjoyable for everyone. Use common sense, ask if unsure, and respect staff decisions.

1 • Respect

Be respectful and keep chat friendly.

  • No harassment, toxicity, slurs, threats, or inappropriate content.
  • No hate speech or targeting any group.
  • Keep the server family friendly. No NSFW content.
  • No discussions about politics, religion, or world events.

2 • Griefing & Stealing

Do not grief, steal, or modify anything that is not yours.

  • Respect claims and a 160-block radius around them.
  • Any type of griefing is against the rules and can result in a ban.
  • Only griefing inside claims will be restored.
  • This keeps staff workload lower for unused/unclaimed areas.

3 • Cheating & Unfair Advantage

No hacked clients, x-ray, exploits, or unfair mods.

  • No auto-clickers, external tools, or easy place.
  • Allowed: performance mods, minimaps without cave view, Litematica, zoom, and similar mods.
  • If unsure, ask staff.

4 • Exploits

No abusing bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics.

  • No item duplication.
  • Open a ticket if you find a bug.

5 • Farms & Lag

Keep farms server-friendly.

  • We want players to be able to build farms.
  • It is easy to go overboard, so be mindful of server performance.
  • Open a ticket if your farm risks harming the server or player experience.

6 • Alternate Accounts

Max 1 alt per player.

  • Multiple players in one household?
  • Open a ticket to validate this and there should not be a problem.

7 • Chance-Based Games

Chance-based games are allowed, but they must be transparent.

  • Odds must be clearly shown and displayed to people who may participate.
  • No hidden odds or misleading games.

Notes

  • Use common sense.
  • Ask if unsure.
  • Staff decisions are final.
  • Pretty simple, right? ;)
  • Pssst! Enjoy the exploring.
